V2 offers a variety of shipping options including Flat Rate and Expedited services. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option selected, and processing time needed to assemble items for shipment. Orders destined for APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are not eligible for flat-rate shipping.
Delivery estimates are calculated by adding the processing time to the number of business days it takes a package to travel from us to your destination address based on the shipping speed you've chosen.
Please note that expedited shipping times account for the time your package will spend in transit and do not include the time needed for fulfillment and processing.
Orders placed after 6:00PM EST on Thursday with Flat Rate, Ground, Priority or 3 Day delivery services will not be fulfilled until Monday morning. Orders with Overnight shipping service placed on Friday after 3:00PM EST will not be processed until Monday.

Some countries restrict the importation of electronic cigarette products. V2 abides by the laws of the countries where we physically operate. We ship orders anywhere except US embargoed countries. Failure to familiarize yourself with your own country's import laws may result in delays, seizures or non-arrival of your order.
We are very experienced with shipping electronic cigarette products internationally and have successfully delivered our merchandise to over 100 nations. Unfortunately, no matter how experienced the shipper, delays and/or seizures can occur at the hands of National Customs services. These delays are beyond our control and we are unable to assume responsibility for a package that cannot be delivered in your country. In the event the package is seized by Customs we urge you to contact Customs and request to have the package be returned to sender. We cannot process a refund for packages which have been destroyed or remain in the hands of Customs. Once we receive and process the returned package, we will contact you to provide additional information regarding your refund. Please note that shipping costs and discounts used at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
You can choose a faster shipping option (Ground, Priority, 3 Day, Overnight*) than our standard, Flat Rate shipping. Changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the processing time, but estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability).
To check the status of your order, log in to your V2 account, or track the package directly with the shipping provider using the tracking number we sent you at the time the shipment was made.
*Overnight shipping orders must be placed before 3:00PM EST in order to be processed the same day (subject to availability).
