If you are unsatisfied with your starter kit for any reason, we will refund you your original purchase price, in full—no questions asked! This offer excludes shipping costs paid at the time you placed your order with us.
To process a return:
1--Login to your V2cigs.com account, using the username and password emailed to you when you placed your order with us.
2--Click on the "completed orders" link. You will see a list of orders you have placed on this web-site.
3--To the right of an order you will see the return items button. Click it!
4--Complete the Return Request form and click submit.
5--Ship the product to V2cigs.com (1521 Alton Road #275, Miami Beach, Florida 33139-3301) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please be sure to prominently display the Return ID on the outside of the package. This return ID was provided to you in your email confirmation at the time you submitted your online return request. If you did not receive this email, please contact our support department and we will be happy to look it up for you.
Please Note: Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to V2 Starter Kits in their original packaging; we do not offer refunds on flavor cartridges. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received in Miami within 30-days of the original purchase date. V2 Cigs does not refund any shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error. We also do not pay the cost of shipping starter kits back to us. V2 Batteries and Accessories, excluding cartridges, can be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to a 15% restocking fee. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
