Shipping Options

We offer a wide variety of shipping options from both the United States Postal Service and Fed-Ex. Shipping quotes are estimated at checkout, based upon the total weight of your order and the speed in which you would like to receive your merchandise. You can always check the status of your order on our web-site, and you will receive email notification with applicable tracking information the moment your order leaves our warehouse.  Within the United States we highly recommend Priority Mail 1-5 day service. It is one of the most affordable options we offer (Our standard starter kit ships to many US destinations for as little as $5.50).

Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of Fed-Ex and the US Postal Service, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound!

V2cigs.com does not charge any handling fees on USA shipments, however we do charge for shipping (except during occasional promotions). We work very hard to offer you not only the best vapor brand on the market today, but also some of the lowest prices in the industry. Many companies inflate their prices substantially just so they can claim they offer free shipping. At V2 what you see is what you get, no smoke and mirrors! Simply the best vapor at the best price!

We ship 5-days per week (Monday-Friday), excluding major US holidays! All "In-Stock" orders are shipped the following business day if received by 6pm on the prior business day. Please Note: Orders placed after 6:00pm Thursday night will not ship until Monday Morning!

--Domestic Orders (inside the USA)--

• Express Mail:   1 - 2 days


• FedEx Ground:   1 - 5 Business Days  Check transit times.


• FedEx 3 Day Express Saver:   Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days.  Check transit times.


• FedEx 2Day:   By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). 
  Check transit times


• FedEx Standard Overnight:   Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Check transit times.


• Note: FedEx does not deliver to a PO BOX address, if you choose a PO BOX as your Shipping Address, the order will be sent using USPS.

--International Orders (outside the USA)--

International orders can take from 7 to 30 business days to arrive; depending upon the country being shipped to and the shipping method chosen. We ship all of our international packages through either the United States Postal Service (Intl Priority or Express Mail), and also through Fed-Ex express for more expedited shipments. We take great care in packaging our international shipments, and do everything in our power to expedite the arrival of your order. We are very experienced with shipping electronic cigarette products internationally and have successfully delivered our merchandise to over 100 nations. Unfortunately, no matter how experienced the shipper, delays do sometimes occur at the hands of National Customs.

Important Note on International Destinations (Non-USA)

Although we ship orders all over the world every day and seldom experience any delivery problems, please be advised that a handful of nations have placed restrictions on the importation of electronic cigarette products. At your request, we will ship anywhere; however V2 Cigs does not take responsibility for packages seized by customs in nations that have expressly banned the use of electronic cigarette products. We abide by the laws of the countries where we physically operate, but it is your responsibility to know the laws in your home country; not ours!
