Shipping Options

How Shipping Works

V2 Cigs offers a variety of shipping options including Flat Rate and Expedited services. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option selected, and processing time needed to assemble items for shipment. Orders destined for APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are not eligible for flat-rate shipping. 

Delivery estimates are calculated by adding the processing time to the number of business days it takes a package to travel from us to your destination address based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

Orders placed after 6:00PM on Thursday with Flat Rate, Ground, Priority or 3 Day delivery services will not be fulfilled until Monday morning. Orders with Overnight shipping service placed on Friday after 3:00PM will not ship until Monday.

International orders (Outside the USA) carry a $5.00 handling fee. Some countries restrict the importation of electronic cigarette products. V2 Cigs abides by the laws of the countries where we physically operate. We ship orders anywhere (excluding US embargoed countries), but failure to familiarize yourself with your own country’s import laws may result in delays, seizures or non-arrival of your order. We are very experienced with shipping electronic cigarette products internationally and have successfully delivered our merchandise to over 100 nations. Unfortunately, no matter how experienced the shipper, delays and/or seizures can occur at the hands of National Customs services. These delays are beyond our control.

Get Your Stuff Faster

You can choose a faster shipping option (Ground, Priority, 3 Day, Overnight*) than our standard, Flat Rate shipping. Changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the processing time, but estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability).

To check the status of your order, log in to your V2 Cigs account, or track the package directly with the shipping provider using the tracking number we sent you at the time the shipment was made.

Important Stuff

• Orders to PO Boxes must ship with Flat Rate, USPS Priority Mail, or International Express service
•  International Orders (outside the USA) take 7 to 30 business days + possible customs clearance time
• For accurate tracking information, allow 48 hours for carrier systems to update
• International shipments can be subject to Customs delays
• International shipments may be subject to duty or VAT charges (these are calculated independently by each country)

*Overnight shipping orders placed before 3:00PM are processed the same day.
