1. Works great...but.

   It creates a ton of vapor and does work well but has anyone else notice that it wrecks cartridges very fast? Even if I keep it completely full it turns to that burnt taste very quickly.If I use the same cartridge on a battery after using it on the notebook cig I get nothing but burnt taste. Ive stopped using it because of that.

2. V2-Notebook a MUST HAVE

   LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product! Had a rough start as first time V2 buyer with shipping issues, but V2 credited me for the shipping charges. I have tried several (3 in all) popular e-cigs over the past couple years. I have been using the V2-Notebook Cig for a couple weeks now and it is awesome. I am trying to quit smoking - - again. I don't smoke at work so at home I would make up for it! I could suck down a half a pack or more in an evening. With the Notebook - - I am only having 3 analog cigs in the evening! I love the cherry flavor and this is the first time I have used an e-cig w/ a manual switch and trust me - - if you like lots of vapor and a good throat hit the manual is the way to go! I am finding that I like the taste of my e-cig (cherry) better than my analog (Newport) so hopefully I will be off analogs all together in the near future. I just ordered a starter kit and a manual battery. Can't wait to see if V2 is better than the current e-cigs I have been using. I hope I am as satisfied with the kit as I am with the Notebook. I wish V2 had disposables!!! So far, the best disposable I have come across is Apollo (however, price is steep at $12 a pop and you get a defective one now and again but they don't give you any hassles about replacing it.)

3. notebook adaptor

   I truly am grateful for the notebook cig...it has kept me away from cigs for 1 year now, after 20 years of a pack a day. I would give this more stars if the wall or car adaptor worked as advertised-they don't. I've tried everything and the only place I can vape is by my computer. I tried to exchange my adaptor; they said a new one was coming, but it never did. I'm miffed only by that. Hold out no hope unless you are using this by your computer.

4. First hit's a doozy.

   A lady smoker for over 6 years, I've been on and off analog and ecigs for a few years now. Started with blu but they didn't quite do what I needed them to. Thought I'd try V2 out starting with the notebook cig about 2 months ago. It works wonderfully right out of the box - first plugged it into a lap top, pressed the button for a few moments, took a hit and started COUGHING. This is a *GOOD* thing. The hit was strong, hard, and perfect (with peppermint full strength carts).
   
   From that moment this little guy is in my pocket and in use at work, home, and in the car.
   
   A few weeks ago I was drinking with friends (all heavy smoker, manly men type) and while they went out and froze in the MI winter I pulled out this little guy and plugged it to the wall. When they came in they all guffawed, 'yea, yea it's an ecig, those are alright I guess,' then one guy asked to try. I warned him to take it slow, as it provides quite a kick- needless to say he didn't heed my warning and coughed like crazy. Then the other guys had to try it out- each one coughed and were amazed at the strength, taste, throat hit, and amount of vapor.
   
   Long story short. Buy it. It's great, the worst that will happen is everyone you run into will want to try it out - smoker or not.

5. AMAZING

   I bought the V2 NotebookCig to try out V2 Electronic Cigarettes as well. This thing is AMAZING and works wonderfully! After the first 13 puffs, each one producing a ton of vapor, I got up and threw my box of Newport cigarettes out, I kid you not.
   
   I also bought the flavor sampler along with the V2 NotebookCig - all flavors taste and even smell delicious! When I was opening the postal box (which came in the mail on time), I was like, oh my gosh, what is this amazing smell? UH, THE FLAVOR CARTRIDGES. The vanilla smells like vanilla, the chocolate smells like chocolate, the cola smells like cola, the peppermint smells like peppermint, etc.
   
   YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

6. Incredible!!!

   This is my first e-cig. It is truly amazing! I use it with an EVO portable battery and get about a week per charge. I love it because I don't have to wait two to three hours for a smoke break at work. Just duck into a bathroom and have a "smoke." Try it, you won't be disappointed.
   
   FYI - I quit cigarettes in one day with this thing.

   I ordered this to test out the V2 e cigs. I sit at my computer for long periods of time and this is just perfect for me! I'll soon be getting a starter kit for when I'm not at the computer! I'm very impressed with V2 overall!

   yeah, OMG! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS THING!!!!! A must for somebody sitting at a puter all day, this is gonna save me hours of charging time on my other batteries! Once again V2 ----- you ROCK!

9. LOVE IT

   I just got this because I got tired of taking my Power Cig back and forth from my computer to my car. Also I wanted a shorter cord for using it in the car. This thing rocks. Others have complained that it doesn't give much vap while using with the car adaptor. This is true. What you need to do is buy some kind of outlet that has a USB slot or like I did got a cell phone holder that has a USB slot built in. Then it gives of the same vap as if you were sitting at your computer.

10. I'm overjoyed, literally!

    I was VERY skeptical about e-cigs. I had actually gone to another site, but their VeriSign security logo didn't take me to their certificate to validate them as legit. V2's site did, thus I felt more secure in ordering from them.
    
    Honestly, it was the good web design, working links and reviews that helped me make the decision to go with V2Cigs. Well I got my starter kit for the V2 Notebook Cig just today. I have to say I'm amazed!
    
    I got the menthol cartridges. The cigarette really does simulate a good amt. of smoke. I even had to stop drawing so hard, cause it was a bit too much. Now I'm not a big smoker, but still wanted to quit, so I got the 0 mg. nicotine cartridges, as I said, in Menthol flavor. It tastes good, feels good and like I said, I'm truly overjoyed and amazed!
    
    In researching each chemical ingredient of the Menthol cartridge, only one (ethyl propionate) had any sort of danger associated with it. At 0.4 volume in the cartridge make up, there is very little chance to cause harm. The chemical can be narcotic at HIGH doses and/or cause shortness of breath, throat irritation, etc. As I said, at such a low volume, as an RN, I feel it is safe as it is being used here. The other ingredients are used as food additives, among other uses.
    
    This is only the 1st day, so I can't speak to battery life (using USB, it must always be plugged in to work) or individual cartridge longevity. But if it continues to work this well, I will definitely be a regular customer.
    
    Thank you all at V2 so much for being seemingly honest and providing what promises to be a great "stop for good" product. I don't write reviews online, unless I feel the company or product really warrants it. But I'm here, no paid endorsement or anything of the kind. Just a happy camper puffing away on my menthol mist :o)
