V2 Lanyard, The Best E-cig Lanyard
18 or Older to Purchase
The V2 Lanyard offers an easy way to keep your V2 Electronic Cigarette handy at all times. The custom molded rubber attachment is designed specifically for use with your V2 e-cig battery and has drilled air-holes which allow the e-cig to function while attached to the lanyard.
This lanyard is also a very handy item to own if you want to transfer e-liquid from one cartridge to another, using the cartridge Taryn Spin trick. Search Youtube for informational videos on how to do the Taryn Spin.
The V2 Lanyard is available in three colors: Red, Blue or Black.

I agree with others about the rubber part. The holes should be higher up so that the battery could go in deeper. After few uses, it fell off so if I have a belt or a pocket, I put it in there so that it won't fall again. For me it is difficult to line it exactly at the hold area. Instead of the attached string, I bought a better looking, a bit thicker one and it looks nicer. However, it is a very handy thing to have if you don't want to lose your precious batteries. Therefore, 3 starts, if improved, I would give 5 stars!!

I had been using a new e-cig for about a month when it happened. I bent over and my ecig fell right out of my pocket and into weeds. I was hiking so the weeds and thorns were pretty high. It was not pleasant digging through the weeds to find my it. I decided then and there to purchase a lanyard. As soon as I got home, I bought me 2 lanyards. It has been 6 months since the "incident" and I have not had that problem again.

Love my lanyards, they work great! Would be perfect if they sold the rubber holders separately for replacement too. That would be a great value!

Love my lanyards! I would like to be able to buy just the rubber holders for replacement though. They get stretched out and rather than buying a whole new lanyard they should sell just the little rubber holders for replacements.

Overall, I am thrilled w/ my V2 products. I find the lanyard indispensable when it comes to always having my e-cig handy.
However, after being a fan for 2 weeks, last night I decided to change out the battery for recharging and the LED snapped off when removing from lanyard rubber tip holder. Oh NO! I can't find it anywhere...I heard it bounce but the LED tip is so tiny ....boooo.
Of course, I checked to see if V2 sells the LED tips separately. Nope.
So now, my battery is useless, ...only 2 weeks old. bummer.

Rather than rewrite it, just click "Starter Kits", scroll down to "Ultimate Kit" and read my 6/9/12 review to learn how great this little Lanyard is (and all the ways it can help you refill cartridges).
As to critiques of the "flimsy rubber loop that seems likely to break", I haven't had any problems with it.
But, if you think something about your lifestyle might stress it to the point of breaking, just poke two holes in it just short of the top and run one of those circular steel key rings thru it, and connect that IN ADDITION TO THE RUBBER LOOP to the snap-open metal piece.
Frankly, in my experience, the greater danger is the cartridge un-screwing and falling off & getting lost just by virtue of swinging around while mowing the lawn (or whatever). I recommend wearing a shirt with a chest pocket and keeping the E-cig in there WITH THE LANYARD ATTACHED!
Read the above suggested review on "Ultimate Kit", you will thank me!

There's nothing particularly unique about this review. This is a nice product. I use manual batteries, so lining up the holes with those on the LED end are not a problem. But the rubber ring that attaches the holder to the lanyard is extremely fine and thin and I have no doubt that it's going to sever when I'm out in the woods or somewhere equally inconvenient and almost impossible to recover the battery.
I like the concept. Because I use manual batteries, as previously noted, putting your v2 e-cig in your jeans pocket is just not a good option.
I think I'm going to "modify" mine with a ponytail holder.
The lanyard is plenty long. I have about 8 inches of mine knotted up to bring it up a little higher on my body.
Good idea with room for improvement.

I would like to see a clip that slides on them to put them in your pocket

I, too, have found this lanyard an indispensable accessory for my V2 batteries. I used to drive a lot for work, and while driving I would just put my V2 in my lap. Not so great when you hop out of the car, forgetting to grab the ecig and watch it fall into a puddle/onto hard concrete/oblivion. Broke 2 and lost 1 battery that way. Since getting my first lanyard those little accidents are a thing of the past. Well, mostly.
I have still dropped a couple batteries that have slipped out of the rubber holder. Got one caught in a car door by accident and dented it pretty good (still works, though!). I have 2 lanyards, I've had to replace both 'little rubber loop' things - one with welding wire and the other with a hair-tie. I also think the holes are a bit too close to the end of the 'cap' and a little too big. I've had both of mine split open between opposing holes so now they're held together by 2 measly strips of whatever this material is.
My suggestions to V2:
- Stronger 'rubber loop' things, or replace them completely with something more durable
- Smaller holes, closer to the top of the holder
- Perhaps slightly thicker to reinforce the holder/improve grip
-Maybe a bit less length on the actual lanyard.
All that being said: I'm still ordering 2 more :D
