The Standard Length V2 electronic cigarette battery is the most popular battery we offer. This battery ships standard with all V2 Express and Economy Starter Kits. It is the perfect balance between weight, length and operating time. V2 Standard e-cigarette battery is designed to last at least 200 puffs before recharging. The standard battery is available in both automatic and manual switch versions. See below for details.
The V2 Standard Length Battery operates at 4.2 volts, 250 mAh. Length: 79 mm /3.11”. 110 mm /4.3” with Flavor Cartridge attached. Diameter: 9.25 mm/0.37”.
If you do not specify, your LED color will be randomly selected.
The V2 Automatic Battery is the easiest to use if you are new to electronic cigarettes. All you do is puff to activate the atomization process. They are better for hands-free operation, and require “priming” to achieve the thickest vapor volume. To do this, take a few short puffs before a long slow puff to get the e-liquid to the optimal temperature. Automatic Batteries will usually get around 25% more puffs between recharging, but with less vapor thickness than Manual Batteries.
The V2 Manual Battery has a small rubber button which you must press to activate the atomization process. They are preferred by many experienced users because they offer a greater lever of control and produce thicker vapor with less puffs than the Automatic Battery. We recommend trying one of each to determine which battery style is right for you.

I bought the standard battery, I am very satisfied - but here's how V2 can improve it in their next version:
1. Add bluetooth to the battery.
2. Develop iOS/Android app to receive bluetooth signal from the battery.
3. App can track the number of puff to determine how much you smoked and also notify you when the cartridge is running dry.
Bluetooth is in headphone, mouse and dozens of electronics these days, its not expensive - the engineers just have to find a way to insert it inside the battery tube.

The engineers should look into designing a battery that gives you a notification (emits light vibration, something) when you have smoked the equivalent of one analog cigarette (15 puffs, etc.). Otherwise, people like me can keep smoking the hell out of one nonstop. I just think that would be a nice feature for analog smokers switching to electronic.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with V2's customer service. I love the V2 manual standard size, but had a button issue with the 2nd one I ordered. I called and spoke with Hector. He explained everything clearly about doing a return. I should have my replacement in a few days. V2's customer service has been unsurpassed. That is one of the many reasons I will never deal with another e-cig company. You're the best V2!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Scott in customer service for providing outstanding assistance and resolution to a shipping problem that I encountered. He not only assisted me in tracking a package that was lost in the mail, he took action when it became apparent that a solution through UPS/USPS would not be swift if at all. Scott took the initiative to follow up with his supervisor and re-sent my order in a new package with priority overnight delivery at no additional expense to me. Scott and v2 cigs customer service exceeded my expectations and he did so while being professional and friendly. Never ever did I try to quit and have NO problem! It's been a month today thanks to V2!! The V2 is better, to me, than a real cig. I have tried MANY e-cigs and have found the v2 to be the best tasting with a GREAT throat hit! The flavors are great with my favorite being the coffee, It is also a great value! The filters are the cheapest around! My boyfriend would not switch to a different brand from the one he smoked but here I am ordering one for him because he grabbed my V2 by accident one day and LOVED it...Now I have to guard mine because he tries to take it and leave me with the CRUDDY one! HANDS OFF...MY V2 IS THE BEST! LEGGO MY CIGGO!

Well, I guess it had to happen. I was taking my clothes out of the washer to put in dryer and I noticed something blinking, I thought, oh well, I just ruined a good battery. But I charged it up and it's been working fine. Seems to not have been damaged it at all. I wouldn't suggest washing yours too, but it's nice to know that they seem to be quite waterproof.

I really love the V2 automatic battery. The "Drag resistance" is just right and it gives great vapor production. The manual produces great vapor too but the button should be recessed so it doesn't go off in your pocket and drain your battery. You can't go wrong with the V2 automatic battery. Just pull slow and long and you'll fill your lungs with wonderful, tasty vapor!

I HAVE BEEN SMOKING FOR 40 YEAS AND MY SISTER ORDERED V-2 STARTER KIT AND QUIT WITHIN A WEEK. SHE TALKED ME INTO ORDERING A STARTER KIT AND I GUIT WITHIN A WEEK.. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A COUPLE OF THE BATTERIES BUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS AWESOME AND SENT ME NEW ONES..I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THESE BUT JUST FOUND OUT THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE 5 BATTERIES..NOW THATS NOT GOOD CUZ ITS NOT MY FAULT THEY WERE FAULTY BUT I HAVEN'T GOT TO 5 YET..ANYWAY THIS IS A FANTASTIC PRODUCT AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED IT TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS. LOVE, LOVE LOVE, IT. I DO AGREE WITH ANOTHER REVIEW THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE SPECIAL DEALS, ESPECIALLY WITH CUSTOMERS THAT BUY ALOT..STILL NO COMPLAINTS WITH ME..THANK YOU V-2 FOR HELPING ME QUIT THAT BAD HABIT..VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL. I am more than pleased with my purchases and experiences with V2 Products. It comes closer to mimicking a real cigarette as far as throat hit and satisfaction than any other brand I've tried.
I first ordered the very basic starter kit with just one automatic battery and one menthol cartridge to make sure it was something I would use, and didn't crave a normal cigarette for the remainder of that cartridge (Until my dog got a hold of it). I took a few hits off my V2 and immediately logged onto the website and ordered another battery, case, and a 40-pack of the menthols! The shipment came within a week even on standard parcel mail. Not only that, but when the shipment did come, they even threw in a complimentary menthol disposable at no extra cost with a note sincerely thanking me for my purchase! Rarely do you see that kind of thing anymore... A++ to you, V2cigs!
Secondly, everyone's worst fear is dealing with customer service when a product they've purchased needs to be replaced under warranty. We all think to ourselves how we are going to have to prove the circumstances of the faulty equipment were not a result of our misuse, etc. We prepare for it as if we are going to court! Let me just say, put your fears at rest for V2 related warranty claims. The thread on my battery broke off while screwing on my cartridge today and so I contacted customer service. I was preparing myself for battle when she came back and said "Your replacement battery will be shipped in 24-48 hrs and please return the faulty one to us in the envelope supplied within 30 days." The convo literally was about 5 minutes or less. No questions asked. SUPREME customer service V2 cigs! Bravo to you and you can expect plenty of my business for years to come! Keep doing what you guys do best!
To top it all off, I have never felt better (health wise) since switching to V2 cigs over traditional cigarettes. It's an amazing feeling not having to light up that cigarette anymore. I can smoke in the vicinity of my children and not worry about second-hand affecting them in any way.

My battery recently stopped working, saying the battery was dead even though it was fully charged. I just spoke with customer service and they were so quick and helpful and immediately offered to replace it under warranty, free of charge to me (except for the postage). Wonderfully helpful and well worth the cost of the battery!! SO glad I chose v2!!
