I love this case and it is very convenient but I have two problems:
This case is literally 1mm away from fitting 3 carts. I ended up taking the case apart and grinding down the plastic on one end of the compartment to fit 3 carts. While I had it apart I also noticed how tiny the battery is. While it does have decent battery life, I think they could have done better. Other than that I think it is a must have accessory for a daily vaper.

To reduce the noise from the Batt banging back and forth in your case ….. Just take one of the rubber inserts that come with the filters and slide it on one end of the batt… This help with noise because it won’t let the batt slide around.

Received my new case about a week ago and I have mixed feelings. THe look is great but the case feels light and fragile. Also would be great if you could store three carts.
Is it me or did the old version charge more batteries? Seems that way to me.
For $50++ I exspected more.
Disclaimer - I have being using V2 for over a year. After trying many others, V2 is above and beyond in all areas. Customer service is great while shipping is average at best.

If anyone out there can explain the instructions for this, I would be most appreciative... Mine did not come with instructions and I would like to not have to push the button until I think something is happening. :)
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I'm new to the V2 so as an "outsider" I will give you my opinion as a third party. The case overall to me is a three star only because of how well it actually charges the V2. Storage and capacity is a thumbs down not only do you have to use the "short" battery for the V2 to fit in the case with a cartridge, butyou would be able to hold and extra cartridges... :-/ so that sucks. They shod make a case the fits the size battery you order for more convenience over all product is great, I would just like to know, what I'm inhaling...

I bought the ultimate starter kit that came w/ this PCC. I have to say, it is the only accessory that I use, and i use it everyday. Instead of carrying a pack of camels, I now carry this PCC.
With a push of a button i can tell how the current e-cig battery level, and the current case's battery level. When my e-cig battery dies, i simply swap batteries from my PCC, and press the button to begin charging my dead battery.
This case is a must have. If you do not splurge on a starter kit (which are good deals), this case, 3 batteries, and your carts will be enough to get you started.
Also, i want to give credit to V2 for using standard USB plugs for their devices. Apple and other manufacturers use proprietary plugs just to make money off of us consumers. By using USB for their PCC, you can easily charge your PCC @ your computer, in your car, or at your home w/ cheap equipment found for literally 1 dollar all over the Internet
My only cons for this device are as follows...when in my pocket, it is a bit noisy. The finish on my case gets a little beat up in my pocket w/ my keys and cellphones (but mostly my keys).

I find it interesting that twice I have written reviews on this product that were not horrible but did not compliment the product as compared to the last rechargeable case and both times they appear to have been removed from the review section. Wonder if this one will disappear to?

This is an overall good case. I'll cut right to it and get to a pros and cons list, mostly comparing it to the old PPC case:
Pros:
-Sleek design, no longer looks like a makeup case
-Charge indicator for both the case and e-cig battery
-The case in general is slightly higher build quality than before
Cons:
-No compartments for carts, so they instead just freely move back and forth in the row, resulting in what sounds like you're carrying a pill case or something in your pocket. I would assume this wouldn't be great for blank carts especially as I would think a drop or so of liquid could leak out with the excessive shaking and moving
-Speaking of the compartments, the case is SO close to being long enough for three carts, but it's not. It's close enough where it feels like a tease
-Charge cable is no longer embedded into the case, but is instead separate. Having the cable built-in was probably my favorite feature of the old case
-Mine didn't come with instructions, which is fine for me because it functions the same as the old one, but someone new to it could be confused, unless I was unlucky and got no instructions
I'm overall happy with the new case. There's new things I welcome, and some old things I miss. Still waiting for a PPC case that I can like 100%...

This is definitely an improvement. However, I was hoping the new charging case would have 3 storage compartments. One to charge a battery, one to hold assembled e-cig (with cartridge attached), and one for at least 2 extra cartridges. Maybe next time...
Still V2 is the best e-cig around!
