This warranty applies only to retail orders placed on this website (if you purchased your kit from a physical retailer, please see your retailer for guarantee claims). If you are unsatisfied with your starter kit for any reason, we will refund your original purchase price in full—no questions asked! Please note that this offer excludes all shipping costs.

To process a return:

  1. Login to your account, using the username and password emailed to you when you placed your order.
  2. Click on the "completed orders" link. You will see a list of orders you have placed on this website.
  3. To the right of an order you will see the return items button. Click it!
  4. Complete the Return Request form and click submit.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation that contains your Return ID. This ID number must be clearly displayed on the outside of your return package in order to process your refund.

  7. Returns must be shipped back to VMR within 30 days of the original ship date to be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to V2 Starter Kits in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds on Apparel, E-Liquids, Flavor Cartridges, Disposables or Holiday Bundles. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received in Miami within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unless products were shipped to you in error, V2 does not cover shipping or any other costs incurred during the returns process. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund. Please contact V2 Customer Service if you need additional assistance.

V2 Batteries and Accessories, excluding Apparel, E-Liquids, Flavor Cartridges and Disposables, can be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to a 15% restocking fee. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
